Fire bonuses
Hey if a staff says +1 fire skills(10%) what does that mean? 10% of the time you have +1 fire?

yeah 10% of the time u use a fire skill u will notice yourself doing more damage... not my favorite upgrade on staffs as i prefer the recharge time decrease/casting time decrease
